Bodymasters CX 111 Prone Lying Leg Curl
Bodymasters prone lying leg curl. Unit is Kevlar belt driven, is extremely smooth and has a very natural angle and feel. The lying leg curl is a must for your hams and glute tie ins. The hams must be trained from this angle for maximum contraction and growth. The prone leg curl is by far the most important movement for the hamstrings.

The majority of smith machines these days, have a silly 10 or 15 degree angle and they are horrible. This is a current model Precor, based on the classic Icarian line. With no angle, the tension is actually on the muscle the duration of the movement, throughout the entire rep. This machine has silky smooth linear bearings and is built like a tank. Built in safeties make it a great choice when training alone. The smith machine is just as effective as free weights, and you're far less likely to get hurt.
