This allows you to control the range of the repetitions starting and stopping points. This is extremely useful and effective with sports training, rehabilitation and even bodybuilding. The machines are Kevlar belt driven, super smooth and have nice heavy weight stacks. The extension is 300 lbs. so not only are they beautiful and efficient, but also hardcore.
