Cybex VR2 leg extension w/300 lb. stack. This unit is extremely effective for the quads. This machine provides constant tension on the quad, which will spark growth. The unit is belt driven and therefore very smooth and truer to weight than a cable driven machine. The pump and contraction are also amazing. This machine also has a great range of motion and doesn’t bottom out at the top or bottom of the exercise. I use the same exact machine regularly in my gyms and I absolutely love it. This unit is in excellent condition.

Cybex counter balanced linear smith machine in platinum, in excellent super clean condition. This specific machine is popular for a few reasons. First, there is no awkward angle. The bar/path is perfectly vertical, which keeps the tension on the muscle that’s being worked and not away from the body. Second, this unit is significantly shorter than most commercial smith machines, making it perfect for low ceilings. Third, the bar goes all the way to the floor, making deadlifts, bent rows etc. possible. With many smith machines, the bar stops just short of the knees.
