Flex Fitness Lateral Raise – RARE

This Flex Fitness lateral raise machine is extremely RARE. This is an excellent machine for the delts, the middle delts specifically.  Machine can be used to warm up, as a staple movement or as a finisher to really burn out the shoulders. This is the exercise that gives the delts the nice, round, cannon ball look. It’s also very hard to cheat the exercise while using this machine.
