Cybex VR3 platinum chest press. The seated chest press is a must do exercise for the lower, mid and upper chest. The press machine in general, is far safer than performing free weight presses. In fact, the barbell bench press is the number one cause of pectoral tears in the world. The bench press is an ego exercise and doesn’t even promote much growth. There are far better alternatives, like this machine. This machine is in beautiful condition and retails for $4,500.

Hammer Strength ISO lateral incline chest press in excellent, very clean condition. This is my personal favorite of all the Hammer chest units and will really blast the mid and upper pecs.
