King Fitness adjustable cable row. This unit is EXTREMELY RARE. There are only a few in the country that I’m aware of, and boy is it a special machine. This is by far the best row I’ve used, and I own one in my personal gym. Not only is the cable fully adjustable up and down, but so is the seat! You can pull from high to low, low to high, mid to low, low to mid and the options go on and on. Did I mention that this machine has a super heavy 300 lb. stack? The stack is so big it almost reaches my waist. This machine is the holy grail, it’s the smoothest thing next to butter and I promise you it will completely annihilate your entire back top to bottom.
