This machine is super clean, super smooth and super effective. It is an excellent unit to work all angles of the chest, upper, mid and lower. You can also modify this unit to train triceps. Simply run an attachment bar across and go to work. This unit has a retail price of $5,200. It’s a beautiful addition and should be a staple machine in any gym. In my opinion you can get just as much stimulation in the chest using this machine as you would a bench press, if not more. It’s also far safer, as the barbell bench press is the number one cause of pec tears.
