Atlantis linear hack squat. This is arguably the best and most popular hack squat of all time. The wide and adjustable footplate makes the perfect angle and is very kind on the knees. All of the tension is on the quads, where it should be. You can also face the other direction and perform more of a power squat, which will target more hams and glutes.
