This is the only squat machine I’ve used that doesn’t put any pressure whatsoever on the hips, low back or knees. The pump is insane, and I promise your quads, glutes and hams will be sore the next day. The chest press couldn’t possibly feel any more natural than it does. This is a phenomenal unit. A true hardcore old school extremely effective unit.
