Classic Cybex Row & Rear Delt
Cybex Classic row and rear delt machine. This is the best selectorized row ever created! I like to pull using the long handles about the mid-way point and really blast my lats. I promise that you’ll love this machine and the design is excellent. I think this machine is a sleeper and doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. It also works very well for reverse flys to target the rear delts. Machine is a great bang for the buck and I personally, highly recommend it. This machine is in perfect working order.
