This leg extension, like all Flex units, feels amazing and is built like a tank. This unit is center driven. This is important because with traditional leg extensions, the resistance is not even. It’s either heavier on the left or right side, depending on which side the stack is on and the arm of the machine extends. The angle is great, and the range of motion is perfect.
