Hammer Strength MTS ISO Lateral DY (Dorian Yates) Row. This is a very hard to find unit by Hammer and in my opinion, the best Hammer back unit ever created. The handles allow you to pull comfortably both under and overhand. This unit will blast your lats like no other machine. Unit has dual 150 lb. stacks (300 lbs. total), is Kevlar belt driven, true to weight (heavy) and is super smooth. Unit is in beautiful condition and perfect working order.

Cybex counter balanced linear smith machine in platinum, in excellent super clean condition. This specific machine is popular for a few reasons. First, there is no awkward angle. The bar/path is perfectly vertical, which keeps the tension on the muscle that’s being worked and not away from the body. Second, this unit is significantly shorter than most commercial smith machines, making it perfect for low ceilings. Third, the bar goes all the way to the floor, making deadlifts, bent rows etc. possible. With many smith machines, the bar stops just short of the knees.

Stations interchange around the central hub for a possible 12-stack, L-shaped jungle gym. Options allow the substitution of 2 hi/low adjustable pulley columns replacing the tricep press down stations found on the Deluxe 8-stack version B (MDM-8SB).
