Iron Grip Urethane Dumbbell Set. Iron grip, and more specifically Urethane, is the holy grail of plates and dumbbells. Urethane is much more durable than rubber and won’t break down and deteriorate. Urethane is the new generation and for good reason, it’s very expensive. These sell new for as much as $8 per lb.! We have them in similar to new condition for a small fraction of that. This set is perfect for beginners and intermediate users as it has light weights to warm up all the way up to 75 lbs., which can really challenge your muscles.
