Cybex VR3 platinum chest press. The seated chest press is a must do exercise for the lower, mid and upper chest. The press machine in general, is far safer than performing free weight presses. In fact, the barbell bench press is the number one cause of pectoral tears in the world. The bench press is an ego exercise and doesn’t even promote much growth.
