The Paramount PFT-200 Functional Trainer by Paramount Fitness has two large movable arms.  Not only do arms move in, out, up and down, but they also move side to side.  These arms move in two planes to create a wide range of exercises.  The selectorized weight stack that runs off a pulley and cable system.  The exercise placard that shows the basic operations of the machine as well as the muscle groups involved.
