Precor Icarian 505 pec fly & rear delt combo. Unit is in excellent condition. This machine is a total chest and shoulder machine, that is a staple in every single gym and should be used in every chest and shoulder routine. The rear delts in general are neglected, and that’s unfortunate, because the rear delts are what completes the round look to the shoulders. In regards to the chest, pressing is not enough. Flys stretch the pecs from another angle, and it’s essential for shape and growth.
