Paramount Biceps Curl. The EZ curl bar handle gives you an extremely natural feel and will not hurt your wrist or forearms like many traditional bicep curl machines. The rotary handle also allows you to perform pronated grip, supinated grip, neutral grip etc. These various grips allow you to work different parts of the biceps and forearms. This is one of the best bicep machines of all time and is very RARE.
