Two, this unit is significantly shorter than most commercial smith machines, making it perfect for low ceilings. Three, the bar goes all the way to the floor. This makes deadlifts, bent rows etc. possible. With many smith machines the bar stops just short of the knees. Unit is in excellent condition.
