The handles allow you to pull comfortably both under and overhand. This unit will blast your lats like no other machine. Unit has dual 150 lb. stacks (300 lbs. total), is Kevlar belt driven, true to weight (heavy) and is super smooth. Unit is in beautiful condition and perfect working order.
