Nautilus Nitro bicep preacher curl. This is a late and current model unit by Nautilus and a very effective machine. By design, you can not cheat the movement, which is one of the benefits of training the limbs above the rest of your body. It also forces a great deal of blood into the arms, which increases your pump, brings nutrients to the muscle and ultimately leads to growth. This unit came from a probate women’s gym and has had very little use. This unit also has a very small footprint.
