This leg press has a 400 lb. stack, is extremely smooth, and is true to weight. The angle is perfect and will blast your entire lower body, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. The Pro 2 line by Life Fitness is by far, my personal favorite and this seems to be the case all around. I like it because they are designed well, built like tanks, are super smooth and still have some of that hardcore factor that is lacking today.
