Not only is the cable fully adjustable up and down, but so is the seat! You can pull from high to low, low to high, mid to low, low to mid and the options go on and on. The 2x lat pulldowns are definitely a bonus. Unit also has multi grip pullup bar. The machine has been cleaned and serviced and functions like new.
